Fee Structure

 

Our fee structure is economical and transparent.  Typical searches are on a contingency basis and no fees are incurred by client other than the final recruitment fee once the right candidate has been placed.  The recruiting fee is equivalent to 15% of the candidate's base salary and is typically not due until the candidate has been in place for 60 days.  

 

These terms are occasionally adapted to a client's specific needs.
