A boutique recruiting firm serving clients across multiple industries needing candidates ranging from C-level executives to entry level opportunities. A firm belief in a strong work ethic and integrity provides a baseline expectation of all clients and we only seek out candidates who meet that criteria.

 

We work mainly through referrals and because of this, we are fortunate to have a long list of clients and candidates with which we maintain long-lasting relationships.

 

 

Heidi Thompson, Principal 

 

Thompson has her MBA from UCLA’s Anderson School. She worked for several years in the entertainment industry, most recently as the Director of International Business Development for Sony Pictures. In 2004, after starting a family, Thompson chose to start her own freelance consulting business and focus entirely on large nonprofits in an effort to get more involved in impacting the community. For six years she consulted for a $600M educational nonprofit in Los Angeles doing strategic planning and finance work. During that time, she also took a one-year project consulting for the Gates Foundation.

 

A desire to help people was what drove Thompson’s interest in these projects and a strong track record at doing so is what ultimately inspired her to create a career coaching and recruiting business.
